More user permissions

I may simply be missing something obvious, but has anyone put together a modification that gives a permission option for players to be able to delete their own sign-up to a raid they didn't create, make themselves available as well as Queued and Unavailable?

I don't want everyone to have global permissions to make these changes. I simply want them to have an increased level of access with their own characters.
