Need to find and apply a template plz :)

Installed phpRaider and everything seems to be working well enough to move forward... we would like to have a template that follows the WOW theme... I have seen sites with templates and even DLed one... but not sure how to apply that theme... or even if it is compatable with my installation of phpRaider... any help in this regard would be great...

I just got phpRaider. Now I'd like to change the template - I don't like the default one.
I've downloaded the template but no idea how to apply it. Whatever is written in Readme doesnt work.
