I've been getting an increasing number of e-mails from people that are not following the simple instructions I have outline on this website. It's a hassle for me to continually refund people when you can't follow simple instructions.
The money that is from Charter Memberships (~5.00-50.00 a month) goes directly to the website and vBulletin which cost ~$300.00 per year. The last few refunds came directly from my pocket.
Starting now, I'm going to be strictly enforcing my no refund policy. If you can't follow simple instructions then there's not much else I can do for you. If, however, there is a technical error (read: technical, not user) then I will still refund your money.
I realize phpRaider.com isn't getting the development it used to but thanks to the community and BoaConstrictor the project is still very much alive. The community has shown great effort in keeping phpRaider going so I have continued to provide as much as I can through keeping the website and forums alive. It's still my goal to own my own business some day so perhaps phpRaider2 still has a future.
