Hi,
Is there an alternate link to phpRaider: 1.0.0.rc7. I get an error when clicking on the left hand side
"An Error Has Occurred!
You are not allowed to access this section."
And whats the difference between phpraid and phpraider?
Thanks

Difference between PHPRaider and PHPRaid is shown here:
http://www.phpraider.com/index.php?page=9
- hence the "About PHPRaider" link on the left side.
As for it being downloadable, I believe you'll have to pay the Charterd Membership for the download. It's $2.50 for one day, $5 for a month, and $18 for a year. It's quite cheap considering that one WoW month of play is about $17.50 cdn, and most of us earn about $8.50 to $25/hr anyway. Plus it's a good way to support a developers community that doesn't cost us our limbs like the big companies do.

Considering that phpRaid was always buggy and the demo that I have seen of phpRaider is just as buggy, I find it hard to justify paying for this while it is still in beta. How do I know it will ever be bug free if I'm paying for it before it's out of beta? Sure it's "cheap" compared to paying for WoW, but most web programs such as this are free. I find it hard to justify paying for this and this will turn away a lot of people from installing it. Personally, I'd feel better knowing 1,000 people were using it for free than 20 people using it who paid for it.
Also, what's to prevent me from paying for 1 day and then just using it forever? Do I have to host it on your server? I'd hope not judging by the pain that just getting these pages to view has been (thanks to the mysql gone away error).

Wow... The software will be free and some people will still find a way to bite the hand that feeds.

Don't buy a charter then, just wait like most people and then it's free for you to use when there is a public release.

Just a quick question to wich im sure i alrdy know the answer.
If i go and download it and pay the 2.5/5$ i will be able to download and install it and after the charter ends i will still have a functioning system but loose access to any updates untill i pay a new charter, am i right?
PS: imba stuff imo. looks and feels alot better than what i have seen elsewere and is well worth the 2.5/5$ even though the coders just go and drinks up the profit ;D
