Hello,
You are most likely looking for support on using phpRaider and have come to the right place. In order to expedite the support process we have come up with a set of guidelines to follow. Please refer to the following before making a new post:
a) Be sure to search (http://forums.phpraider.com/search.php?)the forums and read the F.A.Q (http://forums.phpraider.com/showthre...newpost&t=1104) prior to reporting a bug, requesting a feature, or making a suggestion. Chances are your problem has been encountered before and the solution is a click away.
b) If you are using phpRaid prior to 3.0.x you might want to know that these versions are not officially supported anymore. Responses to support requests for prior versions will most likely contain a strong recommendation to upgrade to the latest version. However, if there is a valid reason why an upgrade fails we will do our best to help you sort it out.
c) The support forum is meant for phpRaider support related questions only. Questions regarding php, MySQL, apache, or any other non-phpRaider software should be redirected to the developer of said product.
d) Please do not contact support team members or developers through private messages or email. We offer support on this forum so that others may benefit from the solutions.
e) If you get someone other than yourself or the installation team to install phpRaider for you we can not offer you support. As much as we would like you help you we can not due to recent events. Please contact the person or host that installed the software for you.
f) When posting in the support forums be sure to use the corresponding support request template. This will speed up support and ensure that your post gets read. Failure to use the template will first result in a request to use the template and further failure will result in locking the topic and moving it to the archive.
g) Please do not post in all CAPS. We will ignore it.
The above points are not rules but strict guidelines and will give priority to users that follow the above guidelines while posting.
Sincerely,
Kyle Spaggs
