phpRaid installed but won't accept guild

Ok. So, i have phpRaid installed and configured on the site. Now my problem is that when a user tries to create a character and they select our guild from the drop down list it says, "You must select a guild". How do i fix this problem?

You probably didn't set a tag for the guild.

I do have the same prob right now, my question is where do I find those guild tags?
