As a way to thank you for their support, you will have access to any new versions of phpRaider before everyone else. While we have a small team of beta testers to make sure a beta release is ready for you to play with, you'll still be within the first hundred people World-wide to have access to our new code. This also means we take your feedback seriously; we want to deliver the best software that we can!

While the process to install phpRaider is quite simple, there are times when everyone just wants to be up and running fast. If you lack the time or knowledge to install phpRaider yourself, one of our support members will install phpRaider free of charge once per year of your subscription. In order to receive a free installation you must have not hacked or modified the code in any way from the standard installation.
[h2]Upgrades[/h2]
Thought most of our upgrades are simple to install and require one or two clicks we do provide two free upgrades per year to charter members. In order to be eligible for an upgrade you must not have installed any custom hacks or modified the code in any way.

With your Charter Membership you are given access to a closed section of our forums, as well as a spiffy badge under your name showing that you're a Charter Member. Here you're able to discuss the latest betas, mods which haven't been publicly released yet, as well as provide feedback about phpRaider . This means you will get private, one-on-one help without having to post in the public support forums. phpRaider is fully developed by volunteers, we are not able to help you with certain things such as moving your site from one server to another or directly interacting with your users. Despite our broad userbase we are only able to guarantee support in English.

Once a donation is received members have immediate access to our software repository. There are no refunds due to the immediate availability of software. We are sorry for the inconvience.
